Madilach Business Consultants are an Independent consultancy, with international affiliations, Tony Simpson as the managing director of the company, provides strategic marketing services for small and medium sized businesses that are looking to improve their sales and marketing results along with restructuring specific areas of a business that are unique to each owner.

Working with many business types and budgets, from start-ups to multi-million turnover operations, Madilach business consultants has a practical, results focused philosophy. Effective implementation and execution is what business success is all about. Any one can make a plan, but it's the "doing" and actioning of the plan where things often go wrong.

Tony’s background stems from experience gained from an initial start up business in 1991 with two other partners. After achieving significant growth, this business was merged with an international company in 1996 and I sold my shareholding in 1998. After selling my shares, I started a new business in an industry that was just developing - Large Format Digital Printing. From 1998 to 2005, I built the company to become a market leader in New Zealand. This included 24-hour shifts and an additional business that was established to add value to the initial business. Both businesses were sold in 2005.

I use the experience gained as a business partner, shareholder and sole owner along with an international license in business coaching to the mix.

The affiliation that I have with RIBI allows me access to other independent consultants across the world; this along with proven systems and resources offers clients not just my skills but group skills also.
